At Flowlyo, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your digital product for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right β whether that's a replacement, a credit, or a full refund.
Digital product policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, we handle every case individually and with care. If you experienced a technical issue, received the wrong file, or the product was significantly different from its description β we will refund you, no hassle.
When we issue refunds
We will issue a full refund if: β’ The file you received was corrupted or unusable β’ You were charged but never received the download link β’ The product was materially different from its description β’ A duplicate charge occurred
How to request a refund
Email us at support@flowlyo.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and process refunds within 3β5 business days.
